Shower Returns Policy
You can return your shower within eight working days of receipt of goods. The shower must be unused and in its original packaging.
Spare Parts Returns Policy
We will accept parts back as long as they have not been used within the statutory period of 28 working days when a full refund will be provided. After this time we reserve the right not to accept parts back.
Parts purchased need to be returned in their original packaging.
