If you wish to opt for a higher or lower kW rating than your existing electric shower, this must be fitted by a Part P certified electrician who can check that electrical wiring and fuses are suitable and upgrade them if required. They will also provide certification for the fitting of the shower proving it meets current Electrical regulations.
