In order to register your free guarantee, please complete all sections of the form on the next page, or call FREE on 0800 408 4864. Our customer services team are available Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday 8am - 4pm. Calls may be recorded for quality control and training purposes.
Your shower guarantee provides you with access to:
- A FREE Breakdown Hotline number
- FREE call out, parts and labour for the duration of your guarantee
- Nationwide Network of fully trained engineers

If for any reason your shower should develop a fault or go wrong during the guarantee period, simply call the Breakdown Hotline number, which will be sent with your Guarantee Summary when you register, and help will be on its way. Please keep your Guarantee Summary in a safe place along with your proof of purchase.
