Next Day Delivery
Showers and large spare parts
All orders placed before 2:00pm Monday - Friday will be despatched on the same day, for delivery the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday.
Shower units will be sent recorded next day delivery via City-Link courier. If no-one is available to sign for the package it will be left in a safe place, such as a porchway, at the discretion of the courier. If you would prefer that your item is signed for only please call us on 01959 560760.
It is possible to have your item sent to a different address to your billing address so that a signature can be obtained. Please advise at time of purchase.
Small spare parts
Most small parts will be sent Royal Mail first class post and should arrive within 1-3 days.
Bank holidays: Please note are offices are closed for bank holidays. Items ordered after 12noon Friday before a bank holiday weekend will not be despatched until the following Tuesday.
Scottish Highlands: Please allow an extra working day for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands.
