Yes, we deliver all our products free of charge.
No, unfortunately we currently only deliver within England, Scotland and Wales.
Showers and large spare parts - These items will be delivered by courier and will arrive the next working day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Thursday or 12 noon Friday. A signature will be required.
Small spare parts - These items will be delivered via Royal Mail 1st class post. They will be despatched on the same working day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Thursday or 12 noon Friday and should arrive within 1-2 working days.
Please allow extra time during bank holidays.
Yes. We understand that it isn't always covenient to wait at home for a delivery, so we give you the option to provide a separate delivery address at the time of purchase.

Yes, you can return items within eight working days from receipt of goods providing:
- it is unused
- it is in its original packaging
- you haven't installed, or attempted to install the item.
Please post the item to the following address ensuring you supply your name, address and contact number so we can organise a refund.

This depends on its purchase date and is stated on the original paperwork supplied with the shower. Should you require to make a warranty claim, your original proof of purchase will be required by our customer services team.

All of our showers, both electric and mixer, are suitable for domestic use only.
